SOCRATES ’82

Our Sòcrates ’82 is inspired by the iconic Brazilian shirt (with a bit of blue stolen from the shorts). A kit that conjures up images of the game’s greatest players, playing the beautiful game in the most beautiful of ways.

Sòcrates was an original football hipster. A rare footballing talent who was at the very height of his flamboyant powers in the early 80’s. Not only was he genius with a pig’s bladder at his feet, but he was also a qualified medical doctor with a particularly strong beard game. Very few grown men could get away with wearing a headband with such flair and sophistication. Why wouldn’t you want his name emblazoned on your chest?
