Refund and Returns Policy


If you are unhappy with the fit of your product, if it’s not quite what you are looking for or if it is defective in anyway, you can post the item back to the following address with a note saying who you are and what you would like (a refund or an exchange).

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that we can only refund the cost of postage and packaging and cover the cost of any return postage if the item is defective or damaged.


Once your return is received and inspected, if all is good, we will process your refund and you will be notified via email. If there are any issues with your refund we will notify you via email.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (please note that this can take a certain amount of days depending on your bank/method of payment).

Shipping returns

Unless an item is defective, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective. If you did receive a defective item we will cover the postage cost, but we’ll need you to email us a copy of the postage receipt in order to do so.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
